Tatiana has studied physiotherapy and has 10+ years of experience in massage therapy. She has attended several massage technical seminars at the Release and Relax Motion School in Athens and has co-operated as an external SPA therapist partner with major hotels in Athens. She is proficient in a diverse array of massage techniques such as; Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Anti-stress Massage, and Cupping Massage, and adeptly customizes each session to cater to your individual requirements.

Panos
Panos holds a degree from the University of Athens (TEFAA). Since 2019, he has been practicing Sports Massage helping athletes in the rehabilitation and prevention of muscle injuries. At the same time, he has attended various seminars on the effective use of massage in order to enrich his knowledge in the field of Therapeutic massage. He has worked as an external partner at “Massage for You” in Piraeus and the massage services he specializes mainly in are; Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology.

Konstantinos
Konstantinos is a certified Physical Therapist and Orthopedic Manual Therapist, with decades-long experience in massage. His advanced techniques, profound knowledge of anatomy, and healing touch promise a journey of deep relaxation, wellness, and pain relief for both your body and soul. Trained in Traditional Thai Massage, Thai Oil Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Sports massage, Lymphatic Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.

Eleana is a certified Massage Therapist and has many years of experience in massage, SPAs, and in-house. She has attended “Release and Relax Motion Massage” and seminars on “Living in the Third Age” and “Physical Therapy in the Third Age”. She is specialized in Swedish Massage, Sports, Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Thai Foot, Anti-cellulite Massage, as well as Anti-stress and Massage for pregnant women. Eleana believes that massage is a business in which the client’s physical and mental health is a priority.

Olga
Olga is a certified Manual Therapist with over 8 years of experience in massage therapy. She studied at IEK ALFA in 2019 and has since specialized in various massage techniques, including Swedish, Sports, Lymphatic, Deep Tissue Massage, as well as Prenatal Massage. She is particularly skilled in Swedish massage and Antistress massage and also possesses exceptional knowledge in other aspects of massage therapy. In 2023, she participated in the World Massage Federation Championship (WMF) and was appointed as the 6th winner in the “Chair Massage” category. With passion and dedication, she continues to enhance her knowledge and skills, providing high-quality massages that meet the needs and preferences of each client.

Kostis is a certified Massage Therapist from «Release and Relax Motion» and Natural Health Science (NHS) and has extensive experience collaborating with premium hotels and luxury SPAs. He holds certifications in various massage techniques, including: Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Thai, Chair Massage, and Hot-stone Massage, whilst continuously refining his expertise and knowledge in this field. Furthermore, Kostis is a certified Reflexologist, augmenting his therapeutic proficiency with a comprehensive two-year training in Shiatsu. His commitment to ongoing learning ensures that he provides everyone with the highest standard of care and treatment.
